These terms govern your use of Hidden Ace (the "Service"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

The Service

Hidden Ace is an analytical and educational tool that helps users track blackjack shoe composition and statistically derived probabilities based on cards they choose to log. It does not place bets, interact with any casino's systems, or guarantee any outcome.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age to use gambling-related tools in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws and casino policies that apply to you.

Subscriptions and billing

• The Service is billed at $8.99/month (or the price displayed at checkout), charged automatically each month until canceled.
• Payments are processed by PayPal or dLocal Go depending on your region; we never store your full card number.
• You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Fees already charged for a completed billing period are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product, and not to use it in any way that violates applicable law.

No guarantee of outcome

Blackjack involves variance regardless of strategy. Hidden Ace provides statistically derived guidance based on the information you provide; it does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for any losses incurred while using it.

Casino policies

Individual casinos set their own rules about player conduct, including how they respond to suspected card counting. Hidden Ace has no relationship with any casino and cannot influence or predict how a venue will respond to a player's use of this tool.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the Service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hidden Ace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
