Privacy Policy

This policy describes what information Hidden Ace collects, why, and how it's protected. It applies to hiddenace.app and the Hidden Ace application.

What we collect

• Account information: email address, password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text), and optionally your name.
• Billing information: we never see or store your full card number. PayPal and dLocal Go handle card details directly; we store only the resulting subscription/payment identifiers, amounts, and status.
• Usage data: login timestamps, IP address (used for security and to route checkout to the right payment provider), and basic account activity for support and fraud prevention.
• Gameplay data: card counts and shoe states you log are processed on your device / within the app session and are not required to be stored on our servers to deliver the core counting and recommendation features.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account, and to communicate with you about it (verification, password resets, billing receipts).
• To process and manage your subscription through PayPal or dLocal Go.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
• To improve the product based on aggregate, de-identified usage patterns.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary information with PayPal and dLocal Go to process payments, and with our email delivery provider to send transactional email. We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising.

Data retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with financial recordkeeping obligations and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account by contacting support.

Security

Passwords are hashed with Argon2id (or bcrypt where unavailable). All traffic is served over HTTPS. Webhook deliveries from PayPal and dLocal Go are cryptographically verified before any data is changed.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@hiddenace.app. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law.
